NU.ER.T. S.r.l. Unipersonale, through the website, respects the privacy of the subject according to Ue Law 679/2016 as for personal data protection. Data controller is NU.ER.T. S.r.l. Unipersonale, situated in Via Codis. 5/A (Pn). The web site is allowed to collect the personal data of the visitors, eventually by means of an automatic system (cookies). The treatment, obligatory and essential for the service described in the website, will be executed also with electronic systems, with the aim to supply the requested services and eventually in anonymous way only for statistics.

The data collected will not be in any case communicated or disclosed to other subjects.

The subject may exercise the right of art. 15,16,17,18,20,21,22 of Ue Reg. 679/2016.

The website uses the service offered by Google Analytics with the aim of giving a complete and reliable statistic service about its utilization. In order to grant in the most possible strict way the subjects’ privacy , in conformity to the conditions given by the Privacy Guarantor , we inform you that we have processed to get the IP anonymous.

Besides, the web site provider has modified the “data sharing” settings with Google analytics, and for that reason, Google must use the recorded personal data by means of the service only beyond the limits of the instructions given by provider and he cannot share them with other Google services.

In reason of what above stated, we inform the data subject that the advertising and the data sharing with Google are not activated and that Google Analytics is not connected to any additional service: for that reason the treatment is executed only for statistics . For that, according to what clearly foreseen by the Privacy Guarantor, Analytics cookies are levelled to technical cookies and for that installed without the prior consent of the subject.

Typology of the data handled, treatment’s purposes and methods

For the performance of contractual and lawful obligations , record data, fiscal identification codes, bank details and contact data (such as e-mail addresses and telephone numbers) of administrators, employees and co-operators can be processed.
Data are processed for the purposes connected to the contract’s execution and handling , for the performance of the contractual and lawful obligations.

Personal data are processed in printed, computing and telematic form from people appointed by NU.ER.T.s.r.l. Unipersonale.

Data may be disclosed, strictly in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes, and consequently processed, also by other subjects such as banks, factoring companies, credit recovery companies, business information companies ect.(the list of these subjects can be available upon request).

Treatment juridical base

The treatment juridical base is caused by the need of giving execution to the contract and to the eventual pre-contractual measures , such as the need of performing the lawful obligations.

Nature of Data awarding

The data awarding is obligatory for everything required by contractual and legal obligations; the eventual refusal to provide personal data or incomplete data may make it impossible for us to fulfil the contract execution or to perform correctly all laws’ fulfillments.

Data conservation

The data are held for the time requested for the performance of the lawful obligations as for company’s documents conservation and also for future use.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject may exercise all the rights set forth in artt. 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22 of UE Reg. 679/2016) including the rights of data access, updating, opposition to data processing and cancellation. The subject has also the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Supervisory Authority.

The rights can be exercised by submitting a specific request to the data controller.
